DistLoop

Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

1These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Yarkey Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15875161, registered office 91 Gordon Road, London, W5 2AL. They apply when you use DistLoop at https://distloop.com. By creating an account you accept them.

2What DistLoop does

DistLoop makes Dists for your projects (posts and other things people see), shows each one in your Queue, publishes the ones you accept on the accounts you connect, and reads how many people saw them.

3Your account

You must be 18 or over and give a real email address. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

4Connected accounts

When you connect an account on Google, YouTube or Meta, you allow DistLoop to read from it and to act on it within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect it at any time.

You must follow the rules of each platform you connect. Platforms can limit, remove or refuse content, and their decisions are theirs, not ours.

5Your content and your Dists

You keep the rights you have in what you add to DistLoop and in the Dists made for you. You allow us to store, process and publish them as you tell DistLoop to.

Review every Dist before you accept it. DistLoop publishes only the Dists you accept, and you are responsible for what you accept.

Dists and assistant replies are written by software and can be wrong. Check facts, claims and names before you accept.

6Acceptable use

  • Do not use DistLoop for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or harmful, or to send spam.
  • Do not publish content that infringes another person's rights.
  • Do not try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of DistLoop, or to read data that is not yours.
  • Do not resell DistLoop without our written permission.

7Charges

We will tell you before any charge applies to your account.

8Changes and availability

DistLoop is provided as it is. We can change, add or remove features. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or the actions of platforms. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of 100 GBP and what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

10Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We can end your access with notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms.

11Law

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms, and its courts decide any dispute.
